I am a family photographer who emphasizes a relaxed, connected, and loving atmosphere. I start my family sessions with the "grandma shot," which is the expected, posed, and staged photo of everyone looking at the camera and smiling. I don't like this shot, but I include it. Then, I move on to more natural poses. I like to tell a story with your album, capturing real moments with your family.
To make the family session go smoothly and be fun, I suggest following a few tips. Don't stress too much about the wardrobe. Pick a main color and design outfits around it. Let your photographer do the coaching for the kids. Bring pets only if they won't stress you out. Be ready to sing, dance, laugh, and play games. And most importantly, have fun!
I guarantee that my family sessions will be enjoyable and will provide lasting memories for you and your family.
